The family-run 4* Hotel Weisseespitze is located in the Kaunertal in the hamlet of Platz. A sunny, regional holiday spot in the west of Tyrol and home to the Hafele family - your employers - for three generations.

The Hafele family and team
Even our grandparents, who opened the hotel, enjoyed being hosts. Today, Paul and Daniela are the third generation of the Hafele family to work together with the seniors Charly and Karin Hafele for the well-being of the guests and the Weisseespitze.
The Weisseespitze is a holiday hotel for all those who love the mountains and spending time in nature. Responsible nature park hotel, ski hotel, motorbike hotel, pleasure hotel: barrier-free! The ambience is familiar and honest. Many regular employees stand for a team spirit that goes beyond "employed".

Step 2: Bewerbungsprozess
Sobald wir deine Unterlagen erhalten haben, erhältst du von uns eine Bestätigung per E-Mail und wir informieren dich, wie es weitergeht. In einer zweiten Bewerbungsrunde freuen wir uns, in einem persönlichen Gespräch mehr über dich zu erfahren. Entweder vor Ort bei uns im Kaunertal oder via Onlinemeeting.
Step 3: Vorbereitung auf das Gespräch
Du hast dich sicher schon über die Weisseespitze informiert und (hoffentlich) nur Gutes gehört. Deine Fragen beantworten wir gerne im Rahmen des persönlichen Bewerbungsgesprächs. Ansonsten geht es uns beim Vorstellungsgespräch hauptsächlich um ein gegenseitiges Kennenlernen. Eine freundschaftliche, aufrichtige und vertrauensvolle Arbeitsbasis ist uns sehr wichtig.

Alles geklärt? Unmittelbar nach deiner Zusage und noch vor deinem ersten Arbeitstag übermitteln wir dir per E-Mail den Arbeitsvertrag und alle notwendigen Infos.
